Arbitrum is a Layer 2 scaling solution for the Ethereum blockchain. It is designed to improve Ethereum's scalability, reduce transaction fees, and increase throughput without sacrificing security or decentralization. The Kaito ARB Grant will distribute 700,000 ARB across 150 creators, with grants split into three tiers: the Top 10, the Next 40, and the Remaining 100. This tiered structure ensures that while top voices are recognized with bigger grants, the contributions of mid-sized and smaller accounts are also recognised.
